Lealand Eve’s artwork depicts a dreamlike world, of shining carousel lights, femmes fatale in glittery high-heeled shoes, and dark fairytale forests. She layers watercolor, oil paints, colored pencil and paper and fabric collage to create layered, mixed-media compositions inspired by carnival culture, old-fashioned glamour and burlesque, and antique fairytale illustrations.
